Zaterdag 21 januari 2012 ben ik tijdens het Congres WK-Almeria gekozen in de functie van Secrétaire Générale van de C.O.M.
Het betreft een verkiezingsperiode van 3 jaar.

To all my friends,
Herewith I want to thank all the people all over the world who has helped me in the campaign and did vote for me on the congress in Spain. So many people who did come especially to the Congress, did travel sometimes for more days and spend all the costs, to give me their support.
I will do my best not to disappoint them. Put all the effort to be a splendid Secretary General. For that of course we all have got to collaborate. Communication is one of the most important things. Communication in both directions.
I do hope that all people do see me as the same person as I was before. Because I am the same person and only have got an extra job by managing the Secretary General of the COM. Therefore I still will be available for all my bird friends for questions, birds and now as well for things that matters all of us. That matters the COM.
